5 Sets of 10 Walking Lunges w/ Dumbbells at Sides – Building
Athletes, we are building up to one really challenging set of 10 walking lunge, 5 per leg, alternating legs per rep. If you achieve your heaviest weight on set 4, then drop down in weight for your final set instead of trying repeating or trying to force weights you can’t handle. If the 80# DBs aren’t heavy enough to adequately challenge you, then slip on the weighted vest for extra weight.

Athletes, there are three basic ways to scale today. Volume, weight or time. Do 100 rounds for example or put a time cap on it. However you do it, make sure to move well!
