Station 1 – Medicine Ball Barrier Toss (50/30) (1 Rep = 1 Point)
Station 2 – DB Box Step Overs (50/35 + 24/20″) (1 Rep = 1 Point)
Station 3 – DB Shouldered AbMat Sit-Ups (10/5) Rx+ 12/7.5 (1 Rep = 1 Point)
Station 4 – Alternating Medicine Ball Shoulder Toss (20/10) (2 Reps = 1 Point)
