I need a name for this movement…Any ideas? If you have a clever or funny name for this one, please post it to the White Board underneath the Durability section. Complete 3 sets of this movement, make sure to balance the number of reps per side.

Warm Up for the WOD

WOD

4 Stations – 90 Seconds Per Station – 30 Second Transition – 3 Rounds

Station 1 – Medicine Ball Barrier Toss (50/30) (1 Rep = 1 Point)

Station 2 – DB Box Step Overs (50/35 + 24/20″) (1 Rep = 1 Point)

Station 3 – DB Shouldered AbMat Sit-Ups (10/5) Rx+ 12/7.5 (1 Rep = 1 Point)

Station 4 – Alternating Medicine Ball Shoulder Toss (20/10) (2 Reps = 1 Point)

 

Congratulations to everyone who came and workout hard on our Tuesday functional bodybuilding day. Again, skipping days like yesterday is like skipping your vegetables…you’re going to get constipated silly!!!
