In Teams of Two, row 6000 meters as fast as possible.

Only 1 teammate can row at a time and teammates can switch whenever they decide.

During every rest period, every resting athlete must complete 2 bear crawl laps at their own pace. This is a work requirement during every rest period off the rower today.
