10 Renegade Rows (45/30) — Chest to AbMat—

15 DB AbMat Sit-Ups (45/30) —hugging 1 DB at the Chest—

20 Alternating DB Goblet Single Leg Box Squats (16″/16″) (45/30) 1 DB only

 

—Athletes, pick up on AMRAP #2 exactly where you left off on AMRAP #1. For example, if you finished your 19th burpee when the clock hits 10 minutes, then you start with 1 DB Goblet Single Leg Box Squat for AMRAP #2.
