10 Stations – 1 Minute of Work per Station – 30 Seconds transition time x 2 Rounds

AirBike (1=1 for all besides TrueForm)

All athletes will start and finish this workout at the same time, two athletes per station.

The TrueForm can be hard to use at first but it comes with handle bars so no worries!
