Durability

Uni Hip Lift Hold x 30 seconds per leg x 1 set

Arch Hold x 30 seconds x 1 set

Skill/Strength

Clean Pull – 5 sets of 3 Reps

-Drop all reps to the floor once the rep is complete

-Use your arms aggressively after the knees and hips have done their job

-Do not go Touch-N-Go but please, go heavy! (Over 100% of your best clean)

WOD

1 Round

150 Alternating Dumbbell Reverse Lunges (50/35)

-Every time the DBs come down from your shoulders, complete a 250 meter run

-DBs must be held at the shoulders while abiding by the 2018 Open Standards

-Athletes can choose to rest b/w reps and expand their sets as long as the DBs stay up

-Athletes, please do not compromise your form to extend your sets
