HAPPY Independence Day!!! I hope everyone has a great workout and a great BBQ or whatever it is that you all love to do on a free day. When I think about Independence Day, I think about the incredible freedom we all enjoy. We are living through one of the most peaceful and stable and prosperous times in all of human history. Furthermore, get to live in one of the most peaceful and stable and prosperous nations in the world. USA BABY! We are so lucky. Have a great 4th!!!
