Station 3 – Medicine Ball Reverse Lunges (50/35) (2 steps = 1 point)
Station 4 – Box Dips (1 rep = 1 point)
Athletes, coaches will be explaining exactly how you are permitted to hold the MB and no, you cannot put it on your shoulder. Additionally, these medicine balls are going to get sweaty because we are sharing them. If you want to ensure you don’t get sweat on you that doesn’t belong to you, then please bring a towel.
