Prone Running Man on Box – 1 min AMRAP x 2 sets

Skill/Strength

1 Set of 20 Alternating Front Rack Reverse Lunges

Barbell must be taken from the floor

We recently finished a long progression to find your 20 Rep Max for this movement but we were taking the barbells from the rack. Today, since the barbells are being lifted from the floor and since we are in the Open, I recommend that you shoot for a weight 90% or lower than your 20 rep max.

15 Burpees

10 Squat Cleans (135/95)

15 Burpees

10 Squat Cleans (95/65)

15 Burpees
