5 min Work – 5 min Rest x 4 Rounds

3 min Row (1 Cal = 1 Point)

2 min Sled Drag + Sled Push (1 Length = 10 Points)

2 min AirBike (1 Calorie = 1 Point)

 

This will be 2 sets of 5 minutes where you start rowing and finish Sled & 2 sets of 5 minutes where you start rowing and finish AirBike. I have successfully combined everyones favorite movements into one fantastic workout.
