5 sets of 8 to 10 reps – complete as quickly as possible with minimal rest

Accumulate 75 Reps quickly of

Close Grip Bench (16″ b/w hands)

Rx Men 3/4 Bodyweight

Rx Women 1/2 Bodyweight

Followed by

2000 Meter Row Time Trial!  Go for a personal record

 

If you don’t want anyone to know how much you weigh, then lie about it…or just scale to the appropriate weight for you. Very strong people can scale up today if necessary.
