4 Sets – 3 Min of Work per Set – 9 Min of Rest b/w Sets

2 min AMRAP – Sled Drag (70/45) (1 Length = 25 Points)

1 min AMRAP – AirBike (1 Cal = 5 Points)

 

Notes – This workout is performed with a running clock so that there is no designated transition time b/w the Sled Drag and the AirBike Sprint.
