Notes – You can hold your 45/25 plate however you want while you complete the 250 meters and jogging with the weight is encouraged if your able. For the burpees, you simply need to jump and touch a target with both hand at the same time. The target does not need to be measured but it simply needs to be high enough above you to require a small jump to reach.
