In teams of two, complete 2 ten minute AMRAPs.

Sled Push Lengths + AirBike Calories
With both team members working at the same time, accumulate as many lengths and calories as possible in 10 minutes. Team members can rotate between movements as often as they see fit to maximize their total lengths & calories. 1 length = 5 points & 1 calorie = 1 point.
5 min rest
10 min AMRAP #2
Rowing Calories + Wall Ball (20/15)
With both team members working at the same time, accumulate as many calories and reps as possible in 10 minutes. Team members can rotate between movements as often as they see fit to maximize their total calories & reps. 1 calorie = 1 point & 1 rep = 1 point.
