150 Wall Ball for time is a benchmark WOD called “Karen”. If you have never done it before, then there is a chance that you will need more than 10 minutes to complete it. If that is the case, then simply try to get “Karen” done as fast as possible. Extra time will be allotted to allow everyone to complete “Karen”. If you’ve done “Karen” before, then my advice is to attempt a PR for this benchmark and then row your heart out. Pacing is for cowards.
