CFS had Half Murph slated for today but the construction at the gym has forced my hand.
Lets do this instead.
WOD
“Annie”
50 Double Unders
50 Wall Facing AbMat Sit-Ups
40 Doubles Unders
40 Sit-Ups
30 Double Unders
30 Sit-Ups
20 Double Unders
20 Sit-Ups
10 Double Unders
10 Sit-Ups
immediately followed by
“Death by Burpees”
Min 1 – 1 Burpee
Min 2 – 2 Burpees
Min 3 – 3 Burpees
etc.
Rules – Whatever minute you finish “Annie’ in, your first minute of “Death by Burpees” is the next minute. For example, if you finish “Annie” at 9:54, then “Death by Burpees” starts at 10 minutes.
To score “Death by Burpees”, athletes will put down their last completed round, followed by the number of reps they got in their last minute. For example, 23.13 would mean that this athlete completed the 23rd minute and got 13 burpees into the 24th minute before time ran out.
Report both scores to the white board.
