Build to a 20 Rep Max

Back Squat

-My advice is to build to a “challenging” set of 10 reps and then use that weight to attempt your 20 rep max.  Obviously, “challenging” is a very grey term.  However, dream big, have faith on those legs and shoot for the stars.

WOD

14 min EMOM

5 Squat Cleans (135/95) Rx+ (155/105) at the start of every minute

AMRAP Lateral Burpee Bar Hops in the remainder of the minute
