Thoracic Spine Mobility

Lat & Teres Major Release

Quality thoracic spine mobility & adequate Lat and Tere Major length are very important for overhead position, reducing stress on the lower back, shoulders and hips when going overhead.

Skill/Strength

Front Squat – Work up to a heavy set of 2 reps

WOD

3 Rounds

10 Front Squats (135/95) Rx+ 15 reps

50 Lateral Plate Hops (25#) Rx+ 25 Triple Unders

10 1-Arm DB Push Press (50/35) Rx+ 15 reps

 

Athletes, if 19.4 is a priority, then today should be a rest day. Stretch, relax and go to bed early!
