Hollow Rock – 1 Min

Skill/Strength

Hang Power Clean

Work up to a heavy set of 5 reps in 8 mintues

WOD

5 Sets – 3 Minutes per Set – 4 Minutes rest

12 Deadlifts (135/95) Rx+ 165/110

9 Hang Power Cleans

AMRAP Rowing for meters in the remaining time.

 

When your 3 minutes is over, stop counting meters on your monitor.
