3 Rounds – short rest

Shoulder Taps in Plank – 30 seconds

Side Plank – 30 seconds

Single Leg Hip Lift – 30 seconds

Arch Hold – 30 seconds

Skill/Strength

DB Box Jumps – 5 sets of 5 reps

Very Light Weight & Tall Boxes

Step Down all reps

Athletes, instead of increasing your DB weights as you get the hang of this, please maintain your light starting DB weights and try to increase your jump height. That doesn’t necessarily require a taller box, just a taller landing position.

20 Deadlifts (145/100)

10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

 

 

19.2 was a blast from the past and I think that 19.3 will be a look into the future!!! Who thinks 19.3 will have a new Open movement? Maybe some strict gymnastics? Hopefully alternating DB reverse lunges!
