WOD –“Chase”–

Chase Elliot recently turned 6 years old! Coach Mike wrote this brutal workout for his son and we run it once a year around Chase’s birthday. Scores from last year can be found below. Enjoy!

Durability

Straddled Side Plank – 20 seconds per side x 2 sets

Skill/Strength

Build up to your Power Clean workout Weight

Warm up all movements and find scales where necessary

WOD “Chase”

Chase was born on 2/1/2013…This young man was 6lbs, 13oz and 19″ long

19 Min AMRAP

2 Muscle Ups

1 Power Cleans (225/155)

20 AbMat Sit-Ups

13 Pull-Ups

6 Deadlifts (225/155)

13 Toes to Bar

 

-Scale the 2 Muscle Ups to 4 Chest to Bar or 4 Pull-ups

-Scale the 13 Toes to Bar to 26 V-Ups if you cannot perform hanging high knees
