In Team of Two, spend 15 minutes working the sled and then 15 more minutes rowing or biking continuously.
Teams in the sled group will spend the first 15 minutes continuously pushing and pulling the sled (45/25) in alternating fashion. Athletes in the rowing and biking first group will continuously row and bike and switch roles whenever they choose, for the first 15 minutes. Once the clock hits 15, the two groups switch and each pair of athlete will have their own 15 minutes at the opposing activity. Each team will have a score for their efforts over the course of 30 minutes.
Rowing + Biking Group – Every meter gives you 1 Point
Sled Group – Every lap gives you 200 Points!!!
When on the sled, all teams must alternate athletes working every lap as well as alternate movements! The movements are pushing the sled or dragging it backwards holding the ring. Athlete 1 does a lap, then athlete 2 does a lap and it’s 1 lap push, rest, pull, rest, push, rest, pull, rest, etc.
The bike and row group is not an interval format like the sled. Athletes are either on the bike or the rower for the entire 15 minutes Teams can switch however often they choose over the course of the 15 minutes.
