-10 reps per side x 3 sets – short rest

35 Burpee Box Jumps (Rx+ 50)

250 Lateral Plate Hops (25#) Rx+ 15/10# DBs in hand

 

Plate hops can help some athletes take their 30 to 50 double under unbroken sets up a notch. Fast feet folks!
