2:1 Box Jumps – 5 sets of 4 reps
-Use both legs to jump but only 1 leg to land, on top of the box
-Per set, you will land on your right leg twice and your left leg twice
-The purpose of this exercise is not to demonstrate how much risk you are willing to take with your body. The purpose is to demonstrate and improve your ability to land on 1 leg so please jump to a relatively low box.
