4 Rounds – Complete quickly but not for time

Front Foot Elevated Split Squat – 8 to 12 reps

Supinated DB Row – 8 to 12 reps

 

4 Rounds – Complete quickly but not for time

DB Death March – 30 to 40 reps

Chin-Up Hold – 15 to 30 seconds

 

3 Rounds – Complete quickly but not for time

Cossack Squat – 20 reps

Banded Low Row – 90 Second AMRAP

 

Today’s workout is an example of “functional bodybuilding”. The goal today is to complete these movements as perfectly as possible with the purpose of bulletproofing your body. Going fast in a WOD is fun but in order to reap the greatest benefits from exercise, you need to slowdown sometimes.
